House to House Records 1.3.1

House to House is a tool intended to simplify the process of documenting not-at-home responses and planning for future visits during field service.

To utilize House to House:

1. Create a new record for the area you are focusing on during your field service, specifying the street name and range of house numbers.
2. House to House generates a grid displaying the address numbers within the designated range.
3. When noting a not-at-home response or scheduling a return visit, locate the respective address number in the grid. Single tap for a not-at-home (highlighted in orange), double tap for a return visit (highlighted in dark blue), and a third tap clears the information (returning the rectangle to light blue).

Key Features:

• Easily mark not-at-home responses, scheduled returns, and do-not-returns by interacting with a color-coded grid of address numbers.
• Include brief notes for planned visits; when added during grid mode, the system automatically appends the date to each note.
• Choose to display all numbers or focus on odd or even numbers, aiding in planning visits for specific sides of streets.
• Customize address number ranges to fit your requirements on the fly.
• Access a list of not-at-home responses and future visits, export your records as PDF or share them via email as text.
